Jason N. Ader, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Western Liberty Bancorp, founded and serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hayground Cove Asset Management, an investment management firm. Mr. Ader is also Chairman of Hayground Cove's Investment Committee and Co-Chairman of Hayground Cove's Risk Committee. Since 2006, Mr. Ader also serves as Chairman of the Board of India Hospitality Corp., a blank-check company formed to acquire Indian businesses or assets in the hospitality, leisure, tourism, travel and related industries. India Hospitality Corp. successfully consummated a qualified business combination of Indian hotel, restaurant, and airline catering assets in July 2007.
